Born from Tradition, Driven by Innovation

Hurry Curry began as a dream shared between two friends who grew up in different corners of the world but were united by their love for authentic, flavorful cuisine. Our founder, Raj, brought generations of family recipes from Mumbai, while his partner Maria contributed her expertise in modern culinary techniques learned in culinary school.

What started as weekend pop-ups at local farmers markets quickly grew into something bigger. People couldn't get enough of our unique fusion approach – traditional Indian spices and cooking methods applied to familiar comfort foods, creating something entirely new yet deeply satisfying.

In 2019, we took the leap and launched our food truck, bringing our curry-inspired creations directly to the streets. Today, Hurry Curry has become a beloved fixture in the community, known for our commitment to fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and the warmth of genuine hospitality.
